Our pig roast party barbecue menu on the Liffey is our entry level, pork roast barbecue. Available in Ireland, this menu offers your guests, from groups of 70 to 6,000, a slow-roasted pork barbecue, served with a flour roll, wrap or brioche bun and topped with apple sauce and homemade stuffing.
This slow roasted spitting pig BBQ can take around 5 hours to cook at your venue by
of fully trained chefs.
Also provided with your menu are compostable plates, napkins and cutlery.
All BBQ foods are served buffet style.
